Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop of Surf Meal Tubing Turmeric Surf Protein

  • 1 orange - peeled

  • 1 banana - peeled

  • 1 tsp pomegranate powder

  • 1/4 cup raw cashews

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup ice
